Children are often overlooked by the Church being seen as too young for anything, a time to be babysat, a time for parents to get a break, all the while not realizing the importance of children learning God’s word. These examples show us there is a misconception about what goes on for children in the church.
This is not the case for Crosswalk Kids. We value every child as Christ does. God has commanded parents (Deut 4:9, 6, Eph 5) to teach their children and pass on faith to them. The church comes alongside them in Ephesians 6 to help equip parents to do just that but not to replace them. So, it is important to remember that the Church partners with parents in training & teaching children.

Vision: The goal of the youth ministry is to expose God’s word to them, and help equip them with the necessary information & tools that they will need to live in this world.
